Remove String
You can remove string according to string content or specified length at selected position.
Remove string according to string content
Click the radiobutton of 'Remove string'.
You can remove one or more strings together in one operation.
For your convenience, if the filename of 'One old filename' has the string you want to remove, just FIRSTLY use mouse click the input box you want to input, then move mouse to the old filename and select the string. The string will automatically be copied to the box. If you want the removed string is case sensitive, select the box of 'Case sensitive'.
Keep something--remove others
If you want to keep a part of length of the selected filenames you could select keep the length and choose the position of 'Form head' or 'From end'.
If you want to keep a or two string, you can select 'Keep strings', then select or input the string in the box.
Remove anything
Remove string according to specified length at selected position
Click the radiobutton of 'Remove anything', and click 'Remove the length of part selected by mouse'.
You can remove a string ignoring the content that is determined by the string position from head or end of filename and the string length is what mouse selected characters. To do this, you should use mouse select a string in the old filename showed there. Length is what mouse selected part length; Position is selected part position, determined by your selection of 'From Head' or 'From End'.
For example,
'cfi' is what mouse selected characters. So selected characters' length is 3. The position: if 'From Head' is 3, if 'From End' is 4.
Remove the part between two strings
Click the radiobutton of 'Remove anything', and click 'Remove the part between two strings'.
You should define the left string and right string. If you want to remove the left and right string also, select the box.
Clean symbols
If there are many nonsense symbols in the selected filenames, you could use this function to clean them.
Don't erase, means the selected box symbols will not be erased when clean.
