1, How to use multiple functions rename same files ?
First, don't select options setting of 'Exit automatically after one operation';
So, when you finish one operation the program will return to select files window;
Then you can choose another rename function to proceed.
2, How to view full filename in select files window ?
If a filename too long, it will be shortened to fit files box. In this condition, move mouse upon the filename wait one second, the full filename will appear in yellow hint window.
3, How to let wanted filename appear in the 'One old filename' box ?
Use mouse click the filename, it will be deep blue color. This means you select the filename. Then proceed a kind of rename function, the selected filename will appear in the 'One old filename' box.
4, Why I can't select a folder and some files at the same time?
This is designed for your convenient editing and easy operation. Frequently a folder include a group of same type of filenames. If add another files to the folder to rename together, it will be confused. You can add many folders' files by click 'Files' button.
5, Can I select different folder's files to rename together?
Yes. In the select files window, you can click 'Files' button to select some files many times to add different folders' files. Then you can rename them together.
6, Why some new filenames has trail of '(1)' or '(2)'?
When the program found there is already the same filename as your new filename, the program will add '(1)' or '(2)' etc. to the new filename to avoid rename operation fail. |
