Quick Start
Before applying a watermark to your pictures, you should have that watermark first. In PhotoMark you can create watermarks and save them as watermark format (.pwm) files and use them at any time you want. Below is the instructions to create a Text watermark:
- Open PhotoMark, then select File|New watermark Or press Ctrl + N.
- In the Create watermark window, Input a name for your watermark and select Text watermark.
- Click Next button to open Edit watermark window.
- Input words in the Text edit, for example, enter "Test watermark".
- Click
button to open Font window, where you can set font and size for the text.
- Drag Transparency scroll bar to 50%.
- Press the button in the middle of the nine position buttons
- Click Save button.
Now you have your own text watermark, you may apply it to pictures:
- In PhotoMark main window, select a directory where your pictures exist, for example, you may choose "C:\windows" to see pictures in that directory. You can click a picture to see the preview picture in the preview panel.
- Check before a watermark (for example, the Photomark watermark) in the watermark list, the effect will be showed immediately in the preview panel.
- Click Add files button in the selected files and directories panel to add selected picture to waiting list.
- Right click in the waiting list, then choose Add watermark & Save as... command.
- Select a new directory for the result picture.
- After click save button, PhotoMark will perform the applying action of the watermark to that picture and save it, you can select to see the log message when conversion is over.
It is very important to know that although you can apply watermarks to original pictures without saving them with another name, the operation can not be reversed, which means you may lost your original pictures. Photomark can not erase the watermarks in a picture and will not be liable for any damage that made to your pictures. |
