Access a menu with special painting options

Check this button to use a pattern during painting. You can browse the available patterns by right clicking on the button itsself.

Use this slider to set the step between two consecutive brush strokes.

Use this slider to set the size of the brush.

This lets you choose the folder where are located your brushes.

The arrow buttons select the next or previous brush.

Represents the current brush. Click on this display to browse all the brushes available in the current folder and to select a new brush.

Painting with color:

Select the tab named: "Color" from the side toolbar. Choose the desired color and the paint tool. Start to paint using the mouse or another pointing device.

On the tab "Color" you can set options to customize the color behaviour.

Color Amount

Color Blend Mode: this represents the way the color will be mixed with underlaying pixels in the picture. To get a Colorize effect check out the Hue and HueSaturation blend modes.

Painting with Texture:

Select the tab named: "Texture" from the side toolbar. Choose the desired Texture, by clicking on the texture arrows button or directly on the texture picture, and select the paint tool. Start to paint using the mouse or other pointing device.

On the tab "Texture" you can set options to customize the texture behaviour.

Texture Amount

Texture Blend Mode: this represents the way the Texture will be mixed with underlaying pixels in the picture.

Size in % of the Texture

• Option to Invert the texture
• Option to Colorize the texture and related texture color

Painting with Retouch mode:

Select the tab named: "Retouch" from the side toolbar. Choose the desired Retouch Operation, by selecting it from the Retouch drop-down menu and select the paint tool. Start to paint using the mouse or other pointing device.

On the tab "Retouch" you can set options to customize the Retouch behaviour:
