Erase Tracks (On/Off):
Folder Lock can clean up traces on your computer for complete privacy everytime the Locker is closed. This will prevent other users of your computer to find out which files you've been running or searching on the computer. You can check / uncheck this option to enable / disable history cleaning:
Erase Recent Document History :
Normally, whenever you run a certain file, Windows keep a shortcut trace of it in the Recent Documents folder in the Start Menu. If you do not have this folder in the Start Menu, Windows still keeps this in different places. You can check this option to clean / delete the shortcuts in the recent document history everytime your Locker is closed by clicking the 'Close to Protect' or 'Click to Close' button.
Erase Find files and folders History :
Whenever you search for a file or folder in Windows Search, tracks are saved in Windows. These search items are normally very private and can tell a lot about the user's computer usage. Check this option if you wish such tracks be deleted everytime a Locker is closed by clicking the 'Close to Protect' or 'Click to Close' button.
Erase Clipboard / Copied Data :
When you copy or cut any content, file or folder, it is saved in the Windows Clipboard. There are many programs in the market that can reveal what you've been copying. Check this option if you wish to delete such tracks everytime a Locker is closed by clicking the 'Close to Protect' or 'Click to Close' button.
Erase More:
