Lock Drive

Choose "Lock Drive..." to open a dialog box and select a drive (disk) be locked.

Note: File Lock can not hide a whole drive, it only can hide files/folders on that drive. This is because File Lock provides new feature to automatically detect the correct path of a locked item, so it must leave all drives visible in system.
