Calendar

You can go to the Calendar function module by clicking the 'Calendar' command on the 'Go' menu, or by clicking the 'Calendar' button on the navigation panel in the main window.

In the Calendar module, you are allowed to view and manage your appointments and events by day, work week, week, month, year and time grid.

You can click the 'Customize Current View' button on the navigation panel to set information such as work days, the first day of a week and your work time. When the calendar is displayed by day, work week or time grid, you are allowed to show only the working hours.

In the Day, Work Week and Time Grid views, you can hold down the left mouse button and click a time range, such as 8:30 to 11:30 in the morning, and then click 'New Event' in the navigation panel to create an event that occurs between 8:30 and 11:30 in the morning of this day. In the Week, Month and Year views, you can also hold down the left mouse button and select a date range.

The product also supports dragging an event to another date or time directly in the calendar. However, recurring events cannot be dragged. You can also drag the border of an event in the calendar to change its start time or end time. However, you cannot operate a recurring event this way.

If you right-click the time column at the left of the Day view, you can change the unit of the scale for the time table to be 60 minutes, 30 minutes, 15 minutes, etc.

By default, the TaskPad at the bottom right corner displays the active task(s) for dates displayed in the Calendar view. You can click 'View' -> 'TaskPad View' to configure what tasks, such as All Tasks, Tasks for Next 7 Days, etc., to be displayed in the TaskPad.
