MP3 WMA ID3 Tag Editor

Information about these files can be stored at the end of the file.
Many players display this information during playback.
The information you can add is:-
Title, Year, Artist, Album, Comment, Genre, Original Artist, Encoded By, Copyright, Composer.
- To view, edit or add ID3 to files, select ID3 from the Audio Workstation menu, or click on the ID3 icon.
- A window will open allowing you to search and select files into the ID3 queue.
- Click on a file in the ID3 queue to view, edit or add ID3 information.
- If ID3 information already exists, this will appear in the Current ID3 Info section.
- The New ID3 Info section is where you make changes or additions.
- Information from the Current section can be added to the New section by clicking on the > arrow, this is useful if you want to retain information from certain fields.
- Click on the >> arrow to add all info From the Current section to the New section, useful if you are only changing one field such as the Title.
- Once you have made all necessary changes or additions, click the Update File button.
This utility makes it easy to edit and add ID3 info to files.
Adding Images
- Up to 6 images, such as album cover artwork, can be added to files.
- To reduce file size, the images can be resized before adding.
- Parameters for this option can be changed from Setup.
- Images are added as JPG files.
- These images will show on players such as our DJ Studio Pro.
Adding files to the ID3 queue
- Move around folder to find MP2, MP3, WMA files.
- Add files to be edited to the ID3 queue.
- Click on a file and the ID info (if it exists), will load to 'Current ID3 Info'.
- Use the > buttons to move fields to the 'New ID3 Info'
- You can edit and add information from here.
Update a single file
- Click on the Update File button to update all fields for this file.
Update all files in the list
- Select 'Update All'
- You can then choose the fields to be updated.
- The title field is not updated when using 'Update All'.
