Using following controls you are able to adjust settings for OGG format.

"Samplerate" combobox. With it's help you can choose appropriate samplerate of output OGG file. You can choose from 44100Hz or 48000Hz
"Channels" combobox. With it's help you can choose Stereo or Mono modes of encoding.
You may change OGG quality using horizontal slider or up/down arrows. OGG quality is equivalent to average bitrate and changes from 0 to 10.
